CR’s care plan was not an intensive package of care. She was keen to receive an evening call each day to help her maintain her independence and a support visit for her emotional needs. This included duties such as; meal preparation, preparing fluids, domestic task and a good, social chat. That’s why it was important to CR to get on with her care team.

All the staff are polite, cheerful and very helpful, that includes carers, office staff and my care manager. It has given me more independence with their support on the safety side with cooking & cleaning etc. They listen to me all the time no matter what subject. I was previously a carer myself and it was known for people to cut corners but this is not the case with Premier Care. All work and care is completed professionally, in fact some will quite happily stay longer than they should especially when I need extra emotional support.
