Professional Development

If you’re interested in developing your skills in care and progressing to a career in care, Premier Care could be the right fit for you. When you start with Premier Care you’ll be provided with training to support you in your work, you’ll also have access to a wide range of free online training through the Care Skills Academy.

Part of our offering to our employees is the Premier Care Academy, which enabled us to provide a wide range of courses to help develop our staff. After a probationary period you’ll have the opportunity to develop with a range of qualifications and options to suit you and your skill level.
